YAY!!!! Finals are over! Fall Semester 2013 is complete!!! I can now sleep all the time!!!!
HaHa As you can guess I'm slightly excited about the completion of my fall classes. However, I also thoroughly enjoyed this round of classes and teachers. It was my first time experiencing college life while living away from home and comfort, away from almost everything familiar. Thank the Lord I had Brain and Erin to keep me company, give me support and listen to my crazy thoughts. There were many nights I'm sure they wished I came with a return address! It has also been a blessing to be closer to my Dad's family and to be able to spend time with them more often than before. I have found many new friends in the students at CBC, which was something I had little hope for since I predicted I would keep to myself for at least the first year. My teachers have also shown themselves to be a source of support in both my music and spiritual trials. Although I am happy I survived this first semester, I can't wait to jump in to the craziness again next semester!
I must also say that the support I have gotten because of this blog and my Facebook account from my church family back home not failed to lift my spirits. I can't tell you how happy it makes my when I get likes or comments on the things I post. Thank you guys sooooo much!
I have been challenged with constantly living a life solely focused on God. Throughout the years, I have picked up hobbies and habits that have slowly caused a rift between God and me. I ask for your prayers as I fight to relinquish things which are hindering my spiritual walk and reinstate God as my only source of significance and security.
Keep an eye out as I plan to make some videos on Facebook about the Alive Conference that is coming up! If you are a teen or a parent of a teen/teens I recommend joining/following Alive Youth Conference on Facebook or @alivebmaa on Twitter for information! This is my second year going as a sponsor and I absolutely love it! Hope to see ya there!
Love you and God Bless!!
(Sorry this post is so serious stuff, but unfortunately life isn't all laughs. But hopefully my next post will be lighter :) )

I'm Bored
Well as the title suggests I am writing this post from boredom. Which means that the chance that reading this will waste three minutes of your life is highly possible, but it will fill 10 minutes of my boredom so enjoy.
I had one of the worst night sleep eve in the history of my life last night. I probably won't experience a worse one until I have a 3 month old crying in the crib, a 5 year old screaming at the monsters in their closet, a 10 year old playing video games until late and a 17 year old trying to sneak out to some party, all while my husband snores soundly with the aid of ear plugs. (OH how I look forward to such chaos!) However, for right now I'm going to complain about last night as it was pure torture. I had had a headache building through out the day, but I refused to take any medicine telling myself to just stick it out. Plus I noticed that I didn't pay attention to the headache when I kept my mind occupied, so naturally I started looking up videos on YouTube. After a while I started looking up clips from Doctor Who. Now quite a few of my friend are HUGE fans of Doctor Who and they had encouraged me to watch it, but I was just never bored enough to check it out. Yesterday, however, I got the wild hair to see what the Doctor was all about. That curiosity led to watching seven hours (8 episodes) of Doctor Who before going to bed. *sigh* I wonder if I will ever learn that watching intense action, suspense or sci-fi movies or tv shows gives me intense, wild dreams that keep me tossing and turning through out the night. In my dreams I was reliving everything that had happened in the episodes I had watched, but they were cut into tiny segments, jumbled up and squished together again. I had no idea what was happening to me or what was going on, but whatever was happening in my dreams was not conducive sleep. On top of that, my headache continued to grow to the point that I wanted to throw up. By the time 5 a.m. came around I decided I wasn't going to my first class so I could try to get more sleep. What a good decision that was! I ended up sleeping for a few hours really well and am now feeling hundred percent better! I will continue watching Doctor Who, but not so close to my bedtime.
Well choir is about to start so I better head out! Love ya and God Bless!

All Is Vanity
Good Evening!!! I had some time before I had to go to bed, so I figured that I would write a blog. Dani, my good friend, has gotten on to me for not posting regularly. I will give my best to become regular. Hence I bought some Activia today. BWAHAHAHAHA!! Just kidding, I have no problems with.... never mind. Speaking of which does Activia actually work? I'll never try it so it doesn't matter if it does or doesn't.
I have been very humbled and grateful for the positive response that my latest videos received! It is on YouTube now under "This is My Story" and "This is My Story 2" or on my Facebook page if you haven't seen it. There isn't much of a back story to that song. I was chilling at home one day singing nonsense to myself and the song just started to form. Usually when that happens I never write it down and forget it, but since this one was so funny I couldn't let that happen. Now I am not making any promises, but I will try to post more videos like that. BUT ITS A HUGE "TRY."
I feel like I should talk about something substantial in the paragraph, since that is usually the outline my posts take, but I have nothing substantial to talk about. *thinking.......something serious.......still thinking.....oh shiny......is that a bug.....no think of something serious.....do a little dance for Africa.....make faces at Lizzie(my doll)....oh forget it* As in the words of Solomon "All is Vanity," so there is nothing serious to mention.
Ah! So I have been thinking that to expand my posts I would like to answer my readers questions. The questions can cover any topic such as myself, politics, morals, bible, church, media, etc. So start asking! I'm bored!
Well I'm headed to Texas tomorrow with the CBC Singers. Pray for our safety and that our singing blesses those who hear. Love ya and God Bless!

Well Hi There!
Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow!!!! My computers working again!!! As you can guess that is why I haven't posted anything recently. I could have used my phone, but I prefer to use my computers keyboard. I have temporarily given up on videos because something always goes wrong. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life. I received another letter from home the other day! It made me so happy. :) Many thanks to those who have kept in touch with me through letters, texting, calls and Facebook!
I don't have a lot to talk about..... How about them Cards? WAIT I WAS KIDDING! DON'T TELL ME. I could care less. I respect all of you sports fans, but I refuse to lower myself to your level. No disrespect :P The only sport teams I will truly care about are those my brothers are in. That's it. Unless some genius creates a sport with musical instruments and vocal chords. Then I'll become an athlete. Of course my former voice teacher claims that musicians are already athletes because of the breath control and such, but I don't want to start an all out debate. So I'll just say that I agree and everyone else is wrong.
I'm starting to feel that losing weight is becoming a reachable goal. I feel thinner everyday. Even if I have not been exercising and eating properly. My mind has mastered croping out the fat when I look in the mirror. But seriously, I am more determined to lose weight now than I have ever been. So pray I'll stop napping and exercise instead!
Hey guys I have written some new lyrics to the song Blessed Assurance! I'm going to be looking for a way to post it so keep your eyes open! Love ya and God Bless!!

A Little Writing Before Bed
So I have begun to be myself around the new group of friends I have found at CBC. Its refreshing to just let loose instead of holding it all in. Tonight's Singers practice was amazing! It never ceases to amaze me with how much fun people can have when they share a love for God and His music. Unfortunately, I have to be a little bit more calm in my movements than I would prefer because at CBC whether its Spirit lead or not dancing is not allowed! Which is why some dancing was included in my last video. I have to let the joy out sometime!
I have been smiling a lot lately. Which is a good thing, but causes my cheeks pain as they are not quite used to such an action. I truly am a happy person, but because of the fear of being thought of as weird, loud, or obnoxious I have learned the art repressing such things. Thank you God for including the instructions to not fear man in the Bible, or I would become a true hermit!
I write tonight though with a heavy heart. I have thoroughly neglected constant prayer and Bible reading, so my spirit is quite weak to the attacks of the Devil, the world and my flesh lately. The sin that gets me the most is loneliness and worrisome thoughts of my future. Everyday I am reminded of my past. A past where I never had a boyfriend, never had a prospect, was never even asked out, a past that I take pride in, but still hate that it happened. So now because of twenty years of singleness, I am scared that it will become forty, fifty, sixty or even a lifetime of being alone. I take comfort in the fact that my great aunt and aunt have lived happy and content lives without husbands, but I don't want such a fate. Plus at CBC, I am bombarded daily with the race for a MRS degree that every female student is running in and many times finish even before they graduate with an actual degree, while I am just standing still at the starting line. I try to be tough, saying that I'm waiting for God to give the GO! signal, but I'm itching to run! Since eighteen, I have been ready to settle down and start a family! I want God to bless me with that sanctuary and those connections that can only be found in a home with one's husband and children. I want it now. I wanted it yesterday. But, I don't have it yet and I'm losing the strength to hope for it. So please pray! That I will recommit to praying, to reading the Bible and for the courage and strength to believe that God will Bless me. Whether He blesses me with a life of being single or with a life of being a wife and mother.
When I sat down to type this blog, I had no intention of being so depressing, but I felt the need to share. I think I am going to end tonight's blog with a poem. I am writing this on the fly and since I'm a little depressed after that last paragraph, I apologize if its a sad poem. But who knows it could be happy. Here Goes:
In a wood where liverworts grow
By trees that stand covered in moss
With branches swayed by wind's blow
And leaves coated with a dew gloss
A girl sways caught in youth's glow
Away from disapproving eyes
She dances to nature's measure
A tune not filled with hate and lies
But with God's love and pleasure
She joins the song, hands lifted high
Good Night and God Bless!!

Old Lady's and Boys
So it looks like I will only be updating my blog every other day! That will be good cause then I'll have two days worth of material to talk about. Right now I'm kinda in a lull zone, where most of my day consists of waking up at ten, eating, knitting, more eating, more knitting and then more eating. Many times in my life I feel that I was born with a 40 year-old mind, so that now although I'm in a 20 year-old body I act like a 60 year-old woman. This new obsession over knitting that I'm experiencing is proving that. I have taken my yarn and needles with me to CBC, to Kroger, to the Wendy's drive-thru and to a peach orchard. They have not left my side for the last three days except tonight when I went to exercise at 10 Fitness with Erin. I'm afraid that if I quit knitting for to long I will start having withdraws! But, it is fun learning how to make things in new ways so I'm am perfectly content in acting like an old lady. OLD LADY PRIDE!! HOORAA!
Speaking of old ladies, today Brian, Erin and I had a discussion about boys. (Don't ask me how that relates to old ladies.) I'm not sure if it is a common fact, but I am single and have been all my 20 years. The reasons being I have yet to find a man I could tolerate marrying, nor has any man yet found me tolerable to marry. I feel no shame in that fact, because I know that God is in control and I will find Mr. Right when God deems it time. However, today I expressed my confusion as to why no boys had ever even asked me out. Brian and Erin both felt it was because I am a confident woman and outwardly show that I am not needy for a boyfriend. Praise God for wise relatives!! Immediately it all made sense and all the doubts and self-demeaning thoughts were erased. Being in public school all my life I should have noticed, but those who were in relationships were those looking and seeking one. Even my Dad says "Desperate people find desperate people." But Dad also says "A man needs a woman that's not overly impressed with him." But from ages 0-25, most boys immaturity leads them to seek out girls who fawn and gloat over them, while girls look for guys that looks half way decent and speaks the right lingo. I feel more strongly now that waiting until you are older than 17 to date is the wisest choice. No doubt there will be those few exceptional boys and girls that are mature enough to handle a relationship younger, but with the stresses of school and friends, waiting and doing it right is better than rushing and losing that person altogether. Tell me your thoughts on what is the right age to date. Better yet what signs of maturity should a boy or girl look for in the other sex to know if they are mature enough for a relationship?
Well it looks like the comment box is not working for some on the site so if you really want to talk to me here is some places you can catch me at:

The Hole
Oh look, I already missed a day of blogging! So sorry :P Erin made the comment that blogging will start to get boring, but I have faith in my imagination that I can make things up. Fortunately, tonight is not such a time. Brian and Erin have made sure to entertain with their dealings with a broken AC and two flooded rooms. Granted such a disaster is no fun to those paying for it, although they kept a good attitude through it all, but for an onlooker, such as me, it was hilarious. Now don't think I'm happy that it happened, but the way it progressed tickled me. What was best was that I would answer some of the questions they asked to themselves in a sarcastic or smart-alecky voice, which would make them reply with phrases like "I love you molly" or "Your so funny" or my favorite "I'm gonna kill you." Of course the Lord made sure to claim their revenge by making my room one of the rooms that got flooded, resulting in a 1ft by 1ft hole in my wall where the vent is. Remember me mentioning my overactive imagination? Well it became a curse when I realized I was to sleep with this hole not a foot away from my bed! Immediately I thought of everything that could possibly fit through this hole from roaches to rats to raccoons to the boogie monster. I cannot describe to you how horrified I was, but I had no where else to sleep. So after being reassured by Brain that nothing would climb through the rodent portal, I fell asleep......... but then, I woke up.....to the sound of.....morning!!!! That is right nothing happened! Most uneventful night of my life and probably the best sleep I've had since infancy! But anyways other than that my life has been pretty peaceful and boring down in this hick state. I have started knitting a scarf, which I took into Kroger with me while Erin grocery shopped. I feel that made me fit in with all the other awkwardness that goes on in grocery stores in Arkansas.
Well that's all folks. A pretty boring post today, but I have freshman hazing tomorrow at CBC so that should provide a funny story for y'all. Oh dang. I've already been influenced by the natives! Well probably not, the term "y'all" is used everywhere. Anyway Goodnight and God Bless!
P.S. I know this one was boring, but if you would just comment that you read it I would appreciate it. I love talking to myself, but if I am the only one reading the blogs I gonna stop cause I'm lazy :)

PLEASE READ THIS
I thought a little about what I said in my last post and I take none of it back, but I want to make it explicitly clear that THE QUESTIONS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM!!!!!! Everyone who has asked me those questions have also offered guidance, support and love in every way possible. Thank you so so so so so so so so very much for those questions! All I wanted to do in the last post is answer all of those questions at one time, by saying that right now I'm just trying to hold myself together by not facing my feelings and truly answering those questions just yet. I ask that you pray for me, as I know that most of you are already doing so, that I will beat this melancholy mood and become happy again. Again Thank You all for everything.
Love you and God Bless.
Love you and God Bless.
A New Chapter with New Fun
Well once again I find that I did a horrible job at keeping up with this blog, but I was busy so get over it! The summer was jammed packed with the usual fun of cleaning out the poop produced by seven dogs, picking the devil's cucumbers, canning the devil's cucumbers and then feeding 200 punk kids at Jesus Camp. Oh not to mention that in my free time I attended the 4th of July, graduation parties and three family vacations, while babysitting and packing for college. If I had any other free time left to myself it was used trying to regain my sanity by reading manga.......which I think actually gave the opposite effect I desired. But whatever, it was a fun summer and one I wouldn't mind reliving.
I made a promise to my peeps in Missouri that once I moved to Arkansas for school I would post a blog every night. Now will that happen?.....No, probably not, but will I try.....no. HaHa jk Yes, I am going to try to post a blog every night, BUT IN RETURN I WANT FEED BACK!!!!!! Even if my blogs are the most boring, dull and biggest waste of your time, if you read them say so in the little post box below ;) OK?
Well now that I got that off my chest let me talk about my crazy thoughts. So if you don't know I have currently moved from my home town, St. Clair, MO to Conway, AR. Now I happen to be an expressionless person and at most times a heartless person. I avoid pain, depression and confusion, by bottling them up and then tossing them out of my heart's window into the great abyss of fire reserved for useless things such as feelings and the teletubbies. However, I have found that when you throw away your bad feelings you also throw away your good feelings like happiness and smiles. So, as of right now I feel nothing. Which is nice in a zombie sort of way, but it makes it hard to answer the bazillion question that are coming my way. "How are you doing?" I don't know. "Are you excited?" Why should I be? It's school. "Are you ok?" I'm breathing, so I think so. "What are you looking forward to?" Sleeping. Plus it doesn't help that all the questions are just different versions of these, so I sound like a broken record that's gone Emo. Now don't misunderstand, I appreciate the kindness, concern and love these questions represent, I just wish there was another way by which they could be expressed. But, the only thing I can change is myself (and baby diapers), so I'll keep faking until I can answer with real enthusiasm and happiness.
This was kind of a depressing post, but so goes life. A fun and interesting fact about my new life is that I now have a Facebook!!! So if you want to talk to me more try to catch me there!
REMEMBER!!!!! LEAVE A REPONSE IN THE BOX BELOW!!! IF NOT YOU WILL BE COUNTED AMOUNG THE USELESS THINGS AND CASTE INTO THE ABYSS OF FIRE!!
Love you and God Bless!

New York day 3
Alright guys I threatened this last night, but I'm doing it for really tonight cause I'm so tired. This post is gonna be short and simple. Today we woke up, walked around while getting pounded by bone chilling wind as we enjoyed sights and shops. It's been great :) Even when the weather changed into a blizzard. Well hopefully you will get a better idea about my day through these pictures. Goodnight and God Bless.

New York Day 2
Oh my goodness!! It is so late and I'm tired! But I have committed to posting every night, so here I am! And now goodnight......................................... Oh just kidding! It is late and I am tired, but there is plenty to talk about from today's tiresome adventures. We had a rough start because Dona Bell's Bake Shop, owned by Abbie from NCIS, was closed and we were all really staking our happiness on eating breakfast there. So after we dried our tears and wiped our snot away we found another decent bakery and filled our empty stomachs with different flavored carbs. I personally had a scrumptious cinnamon and sugar donut with water. Just to let u know how good it was the donut was gone in about 5 minutes while I still have a half full water bottle. After breakfast I don't remember much but a blur of Times Square with vacant expensive stores, flooded souvenir shops, advertising and road side restaurants selling meat on a stick, roasted nuts, hot dogs and pretzels. We did go on the Stanton Island ferry to see the Statue of Liberty from afar because her personal tour are closed down due to Hurricane Sandy damage. She was beauty as always standing tall and proud holding the touch that guide us Americans toward a better time. After which we went to the Empire State Building and saw what there was to see.....buildings. It was after this that we began to head back towards our resting place before our big evening event. I think I was more excited about the rest than anything else as the constant walking and sway of the subway was causing my hip and knee joints to screaming in pain. It had come to the point where I no longer showed any sign of youth in my walk, but instead hobbled like an old woman half dead with a constant scowl of pain on my face. Kinda like a zombie. Luckily I had a pack of sprinkled dark-chocolate waiting for me in my room which removed much of my suffering. After the much needed rest we headed to see Spider-Man the musical in which my Aunts favorite actor, Robert Cuccioli, was playing the Green Goblin. It was an interesting show, but nothing I would recommend seeing unless u had kids. Granted I had a splitting headache during the performance so my opinion is a skewed. We were able to talk to Robert Cuccioli afterwards which was neat, plus my Aunt was bouncing and squealing like a little girl so it was quite entertaining. Well the shower is free so I'm heading off to get ready for bed. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy! Goodnight and God Bless!

Spring Break!!
Alright so I know it's been months since my last post, but like I said I'm new to these things. Plus I'm lazy, so it's tough to keep up! Anyway, as a gift from my Aunt she is treating us to a trip to the Big Apple for spring break!! We flew in today and just let me tell you it been a day full of fun in the freezing cold. Lol. It just so happens that we chose a weekend when God chose to have it snow. So my theme song today has been 🎶Don't snow on my parade!🎶 Yeah it's cheesy get over it. We shuffled like penguins to the 9/11 memorial as our only sight seeing event today, but the best stop was a pizza shop. I now understand the rave about New York style pizza, it's down right, absolutely, positootly, most definitely, no doubt about it, out of this world AMAZING! I have made it my goal to eat as much of this delicious creation of the New York men before I leave. I may cause the plane to crash on the way back because of my love for this pizza................ I just want you to know I made all that up. It was good pizza, but nothing to blog about. Honestly my favorite part of today was riding the subway. That was for real amazing. The subway actually makes me think I wouldn't mind living in this over populated concrete jungle. It was really cool when this guy named Bongo came on our car and started talking about Africa. History then sang songs and played an African drum. I was mesmerized the whole time, truly inspiring. Well, that's been the majority of my day, definitely the defining moments of my first taste of the Big Apple. Tomorrow I begin a new adventure and plan to fill you in after the fun stops. See ya again tomorrow and God Bless!
*I thought I would be nice and bring a little if New York to you. Enjoy!*
